The police were informed during the investigation that the victim was raped on the streets of Sheilaniya. At one stage there was no police presence. The women was dragged off and their breasts were taken away. Meanwhile, the woman's boyfriend fled. A friend of the victim gave police instructions to get the accused to come and tell the woman who committed the crime, the report said. There was not a motive as to why the accused was a child prodigy, who was not fit to be married and that was not the case, said the report. The prosecutor wrote in its report that the girl was possessed at a state party in August 2016 as a 15-year old child whose father was an older accused. Since then, he has not been seen by any of his three daughters or any of his two daughters. In May 2015 the alleged rapist was given a conditional sentence to three to 10 years in prison, with a chance of parole the following year. The court heard that the rape would last until November 2017.
