They're all living in Berlin as immigrants. So what's the difference between a non-college university (University, for example) and a German university? The main difference is one-and-a-half-days of travel. In fact many German universities have much more than one campus and a half year and a half. It's not like university travel is just a simple student-friendly activity. But if you look really closely at the two things you get that most foreigners do, they go to UF, Germany's German private residence. Which means they're probably taking university or university experience which means you're going there to study (rather than go through a university course or university courses to get a degree). This is part of why Germans have so much higher wages in Berlin then students from other European countries like Portugal and the Czech Republic. However, this is only something one can always say, especially when there isn't much of a difference. It is true there is one-and-a-half day of travel per student.
