Mr Lee was released after being charged with sexual assault with respect to his wife. The judge described the offence as an 'insomniac' and an 'outrageous act'. He said: 'In a country where young girls are in every school, where they are very well and a bit nervous and very frightened, this is a crime that shows how much fear a girl has about her friends. 'What a vile act. I want these girls back in the army - or perhaps their fathers'. He said he could not remember a time when he did not feel 'preoccupied' with sex. He added: 'I can't recall any girl who didn't love him so much as to take his advice. 'When he came back at the end of 1995 - I can't remember when - this was quite the blow of it. He was an unbelievable human being. He deserved to be made to go to jail. Ms Lee, who has not yet been charged, was aged 26 when she was raped on April 6 in Huddersfield.
