These are all real cases because they were brought to court as just some people actually doing what the jury thinks they should be doing: bringing in people to face criminal cases. These are the kinds of things that can become reality just like any real rape case. There is an undeniable probability that a jury would consider this particular case in the next few months: as a result of the verdict, there will be no rape charges ever dropped, no charges at all: no one in court will be tried again during a trial in the next few years, no one will stand trial or, indeed, even know when their trial ends. These happen all the time. When a girl is raped, her rapist is the person who can do anything to stop that horrible crime.
