In what seems like an elaborate disguise, she is in fact dressed quite a bit like Nara, the girl she was being dressed with earlier. The girl, Aileen (the second picture), has the same style, so you can see that she's quite similar in size with this girl. But I think one of the main things to notice about this girl is that she dresses really sexy, which is a really striking thing to see, especially in a woman. Of course, this style isn't uncommon, you can easily hear Aileen's look from the movie as well. We're not sure quite how she actually did it though.
